As part of our commitment to improving the health and safety of the CSRA, Twin Dragons would like to inform you about our R.A.D. Class. This self-defense course for women only is taught throughout the US and offers simple defense techniques and safety precautions that every woman should know.

This program runs from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on a Saturday. Register early and receive a discount off the regular program cost. Discounts are available for multiple family members and special groups.

This program is a necessity for women of all ages and has a lifetime renewal to repeat the course anywhere it is offered in the future at no additional cost. We are proud to offer this program for your safety and peace of mind.
