"I believe every woman should be skilled in some form of self defense.  The increase in self-confidence and self-control improves all aspects of your life.  With a commitment to personal health and fitness, women can look forward to growing older. I plan to continue my training for myself and to set an example for my son and other young people."

Ms. Kimmerly graduated from USC-Aiken with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and has used her degree in research projects for SRS and teaching high school.  Ms. Kimmerly enjoys being involved in local activities for children in the arts and children's education along with her husband Michael and son Devin.

Mitch Ambrose

"When I started at Twin Dragons in 2000, it was to lose weight and get back in shape. Once I became a Black Belt and an Instructor, it became so much more for me. Being able to teach people, children especially, has become the reason to come to class and continue with my training. To see the look on a student's face when they reach a goal they have set is a joy for any instructor who truly cares for who he is teaching and truly believes in what they are teaching. I am so glad to be a part of Twin Dragons!"

Wilson Smith, Jr.
Wilson Smith began the study of the Korean art of Tang Soo Do under Master Sung Duk Cho. For over 20 years he has been involved in practicing and teaching the Korean Art of Tang Soo Do. In 2008 he was awarded his 4th Degree Master's Belt by Grandmaster Shin of the World Tang Soo Do Association.

Mr. Smith is also recognized as a Certified International Instructor and a Certified International Judging Official. In addition, Mr. Smith is a certified instructor for the Rape Aggression Defense (R.A.D.) program, a certified instructor in the Cardio Karate aerobic kickboxing system, and qualified in CPR.

In 1995 he became the Chief Instructor of Twin Dragons and has worked along with the talented staff to ensure that our students' personal development outside the Dojang is as important as their "karate" development is inside the Dojang. The "whole person" must be developed for the Black Belt to take on its full meaning.

Mr. Smith graduated from Presbyterian College in 1979 with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and currently works as a chemist in addition to his many Dojang activities.
