for my son and

Cardio-Kickboxing for the
past 3 years.
"Cardio-kickboxing
is a great
way to use your karate
skills while getting a
kick-butt work-out. It's a
great feeling to watch the
new students improve their
stamina
and learn
some real-world self defense
skills that could come in
handy
someday. Everyone
leaves class smiling!"

Belt in Tang

Mitch
Ambrose
"When I
started at Twin Dragons in
2000, it was to lose weight
and get back in shape. Once
I became a Black Belt and an
Instructor, it became so
much more for me. Being able
to teach people, children
especially, has become the
reason to come to class and
continue with my training. To see the look on a
student's face when they
reach a goal they have set
is a joy for any instructor
who truly cares for who he
is teaching and truly
believes in what they are
teaching. I am so glad to be
a part of Twin Dragons!"

under Master Sung Duk Cho.
For over 20 years he has

of Tang Soo Do. In 2008 he

of Twin Dragons and has
worked along with the
talented staff to ensure
that our students' personal
development outside the
Dojang is as important as
their "karate" development
is inside the Dojang. The
"whole person" must be
developed for the Black Belt
to take on its full meaning.

College in 1979 with a
Bachelor's Degree in
Chemistry and currently
works as a chemist in
addition to his many Dojang
