All members of the World Tang Soo family looking forward to seeing him at the 2012 World Championship in July and to celebrating the opening of our new World Tang Soo Do Headquarters in Burlington, NC. We were honored to have visiting Masters from Region 21 and their students attend our event. Thank you to Master Richards from The Dojang and Master Sandt from Rock Solid Karate for your attendance. Our fundraising events for the Scholarship Awards and Building Fund were also successful thanks to the help of Mr. & Mrs. Francis from Moo Son Tang Soo Do, Ms. Geloris Baxley from Creekside Martial Arts, Mr. Tony Young from Carolina Martial Arts, and Mr. & Mrs. Kimmerly from Twin Dragons Martial Arts. The two one thousand dollar awards are given out twice a year. Information and applications can be found on the Region 7 website. The next deadline is December 31, 2011. In addition, Region 7 sweatshirts made their debut and were received well! They will continue to be available at our regional events or can be ordered through your instructors.
